These terms explain how the site, appointment booking, prescribing support, treatment suitability, and training enquiries are handled.

Consultation first

Treatment is only offered after assessment.

Prescriber-led

Prescription-only medicines are not supplied on request.

Your rights remain

These terms do not remove statutory rights.

01

About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Charmelle Injects website, make an enquiry, book an appointment, discuss treatment, or enquire about prescribing support or training.

Charmelle Injects provides personal aesthetics, skin health, prescribing support, and training-related services. Treatment and prescribing decisions are always subject to professional assessment.

02

Website information

The information on this website is provided for general information only. It is not a substitute for a face-to-face consultation, medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency care.

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but treatment availability, pricing, training dates, and booking options may change.

03

Bookings and payments

Online booking may be handled through a third-party booking and checkout platform. The platform may show appointment availability, treatment details, deposits, payment options, and cancellation information at the point of booking.

A booking is only confirmed when the booking flow has been completed and confirmation has been issued. If there is an obvious pricing, availability, or technical error, Charmelle Injects may contact you to correct it.

04

Clinical suitability

All aesthetics treatments are subject to consultation, medical history, suitability assessment, and informed consent. Charmelle may refuse, delay, adapt, or recommend against treatment where it is not clinically appropriate.

Results vary between clients. No treatment result, timescale, training outcome, or prescribing decision is guaranteed.

05

Prescription-only medicines

Prescription-only medicines are prescribed only where clinically appropriate and only after the required consultation and assessment. Prescribing is not provided as an automatic supply service.

For prescribing support, practitioners and clinics remain responsible for their own training, insurance, premises, consent process, treatment delivery, record keeping, and aftercare standards.

06

Cancellations and lateness

Appointment deposits, cancellation windows, no-show charges, and rescheduling rules may be displayed during booking or confirmed directly. Please check those details before confirming an appointment.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, contact Charmelle Injects as early as possible. Any cancellation charge or retained deposit should reflect the booking terms and the loss or cost caused by the cancellation.

07

Aftercare and safety

You agree to provide accurate health, medication, pregnancy, allergy, and treatment history information before any treatment or prescribing assessment.

You are responsible for following aftercare guidance. If you experience urgent symptoms or a medical emergency, seek urgent medical help immediately rather than waiting for an email or social media response.

08

Training services

Training places, dates, eligibility, payment requirements, and course detail are confirmed directly. The Level 7 route may involve an external qualification partner, but the 1-1 training relationship is with Charmelle.

Training does not remove the learner's own professional responsibility to practise within competence, maintain insurance, follow applicable regulation, and meet any qualification requirements.

09

Intellectual property

The website design, copy, imagery, branding, and other content belong to Charmelle Injects or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may view the website for personal or professional enquiry purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or commercially reuse the content without written permission.

10

Liability and your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. If something is not right, please contact Charmelle Injects so it can be reviewed promptly.

11

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated as the website, services, booking flow, or legal requirements change.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your location provide otherwise.
